I had an old Suburban Dynaline PTAC air conditioner. Which work with gas. It was so loud and every 5 minutes heat stop. I was tired with it. I called City Cool Air, they came and diagnosed. They suggest me to replace. Got new Islandaire gas PTAC air conditioner from them. It was so quick , nice and clean work. I will definitely recommend for my building. Thanks

THE BEST! Affordable, honest, and talented team helped me with my HVAC issue. Ganesh and his partner came to my office and LITERALLY spent 8 hours trying to fix a very complicated problem with my HVAC. Other technicians HVAC technicians were unhelpful or wanted to charge ridiculous amounts. Thank you guys! Will be signing for regular hvac maintenance with them now.

We contacted city cool air for maintenance of our HVAC unit in our condo in Long Island city. The whole team could not have done a better job. Between effectively communicating, to arriving on time and most importantly resolving the issues, city cool air took pride in their work and cared about making things right. We will absolutely be contacting them with any further HVAC issues in the future.

We called City Cool Air on a Saturday when our PTAC stopped cooling. The technician arrived promptly same day, diagnosed the problem (compressor not working) and offered repair or replacement. Returned Tuesday and installed a new (out of the box) PTAC. Technicians were professional and courteous. Will definitely call City Cool Air for service in the future.
